Balanced Life Administration Programs


Target Groups
All who wish to develop their skills in fields such as scientific research, presentation, communication, project development, and employment in diverse areas of work and life.
Enrolees are required to possess a certificate of any specialty after high school and must be prepared for serious participation in activities and events of the academy.


Enrollment and Work Mechanism
  • All who wish to enroll in the academy programs must pass a personal interview and an initial competency test in addition to providing a Curriculum Vitae (CV) before acceptance into the training program.
  • The enrollee is required to attend eight major educational training days that will cover the major elements of the core program. These training days will be once a month from nine am until three pm with break periods included.
  • Educational and training materials will be distributed in advance before starting the training days as the enrollee is expected to read and prepare ideas and inquiries in accordance with these subjects.
  • The enrollee is subjected to an open book exam upon completion of each training program so as to measure the understanding and comprehension of the program.


Events Supporting the Program
  • A Book Club to provide discussion sessions about a range of developmental and cultural books related to the training programs general topics.
  • A Video Club where short developmental films about offered training programs are viewed and discussed.
  • Personal Coaching/Mentoring Program to provide a personal advise though guided individual meetings for each enrollee (when requested).
  • Evening Seminars, workshops and Lectures about a diversity of subjects.


Graduation Project
Each enrollee is requested to prepare a graduation project and a presentation on the subject to be presented at the end of the program of the academy. The program manager supervises the project and each enrollee will be trained on presentation, and public speaking skills.


Post-Graduation Options
Each enrollee will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the whole program and will obtain eight certificates of attendance for each core element he/she attended, moreover he/she can choose to sit for the comprehensive test (an open book exam) to obtain the Diploma of Balanced Life Administration (DBLA).


Fellowship of the Continuous Development Academy (FCDA)
The enrollees who earn the (DBLA) can apply for the Fellowship of Continuous Development Academy (CDA), and complete the specific requirements. Fellows of the CDA can join the training or the administrative offices of the Academy which will take over the training and supervision mission of the subsequent classes of CDA enrollees.


Elements of the Core Program
The core program is based on addressing a group of interrelated training elements taught by professors and trainers specialized in each subject.

  2. Spiritual and Moral Element
  3. Education and Learning Element
  4. Financial and Career-Related aspects
  5. Emotional and Social Element
  6. Health and Body Element

The Academic Year
The academy program starts in September and ends in May, with a mid-year holiday.

Accreditation of the Program
The CDA Program was accredited by;
The British Institute of Training and Occupational Learning ITOL (www.itol.org), and The International Academy for Training and Development ITDA (www.itdacademy.co.uk). All certificates of the program will be accredited by these leading institutes.

Terms of payment


​There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of the program. The full amount paid minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the annual conference.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the program.
